We’re currently hiring an Occupational Hygienist to join our Toronto office, in a leadership-track role supporting client projects, team mentorship, and technical excellence in the field.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Occupational Hygiene Department, you’ll support and lead a wide range of occupational health and safety projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting exposure assessments for chemical, biological, and physical agents
- Performing indoor air quality (IAQ), ergonomic and ventilation assessments
- Developing and implementing sampling strategies and exposure modeling
- Delivering technical reports, client recommendations, training, and compliance guidance
- Serving as a client liaison and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles
- Supporting junior staff through knowledge sharing and occasional training delivery
This position is based in our Toronto office, located near Dixon Road and Highway 27. You’ll travel locally for on-site assessments and client consultations.

What You Bring
Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in occupational hygiene, environmental health, or OHS consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Occupational Hygiene, or related field
- Eligible for or holding a CIH or ROH designation (required or near completion)
- Strong technical skills with air sampling equipment, IAQ tools, and hygiene methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Assets (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience delivering training sessions or presentations
- Familiarity with CAD drawings or data interpretation tools (e.g., Bayesian stats, lognormal plots)
- Active participation in the hygiene or safety professional community
- French/English bilingualism
